1. Voucher Values: Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £10, £20 and £30 and can be purchased online through our website.

2. Where to Use: Vouchers are redeemable in person at Top of the Pots, Moss End Garden Village, Warfield, RG42 6EJ, towards pottery painting, refreshments and paint bar upgrades.

3. Validity: Our gift vouchers do not have an expiry date.

4. Redemption: Each voucher has a unique code and must be presented either in printed form or electronically when making payment. Vouchers are checked against our redemption records and cannot be used again once fully redeemed.

5. Single-Use Vouchers: Vouchers are intended to be used in a single visit. We encourage customers to use their full voucher value during their visit.

6. Unused Balances: Gift vouchers are intended to be redeemed in a single visit. No cash refunds or cash change will be given. We encourage customers to use the full value of their voucher during their visit. Where a significant balance remains, Top of the Pots may issue a replacement physical gift voucher for the remaining credit, at its discretion. Any unused balance will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

7. Additional Spending: If your purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid using any payment method accepted in the studio.

8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Please keep your voucher code safe. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost, stolen or unauthorisedly redeemed vouchers, although we will investigate where proof of purchase is available.

9. Cash and Refunds: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights.

10. Bookings: We strongly recommend booking your pottery painting session in advance through www.topofthepots.co.uk. Possession of a gift voucher does not guarantee availability for a particular date or session.

11. General: Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. Top of the Pots reserves the right to verify voucher authenticity and investigate suspected fraudulent use.
